Damage and Liability Policy

At Green Pool Villa, we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests. To ensure the protection of our property and the comfort of all visitors, we have established the following Damage and Liability Policy.
Guest Responsibility for Damage
- Liability for Damages:
- Guests are responsible for any damage incurred to their assigned room or any other areas of the villa during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, damages to furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Assessment of Damages:
- Upon check-out, our staff will conduct a thorough inspection of the room and common areas to assess any potential damages. Guests will be notified of any damages found during this inspection.
- Charges for Damages:
- If damages are identified, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest’s account. Charges may include cleaning fees for specialist cleaning required due to excessive dirt or damage.
Missing or Damaged Items
- Guests will be held liable for any missing or damaged items belonging to Green Pool Villa. The cost for replacing or repairing such items will be charged to the guest’s account.
Indemnification
- By staying at Green Pool Villa, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the villa, its management, and staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their stay, including any injuries or damages incurred by guests or their visitors.
Insurance Recommendations
- We recommend that guests consider obtaining travel insurance to cover any potential liabilities or damages during their stay. This can provide additional peace of mind.
