Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Green Pool Villa, we strive to provide our guests with a seamless and enjoyable experience. We understand that plans can change, and we have established this Cancellation and Refund Policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both our guests and our management team.

Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellations:
   • Guests may cancel their reservation at any time by contacting us directly via phone or email. Cancellations must be communicated to Green Pool Villa at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid penalties.
2. Late Cancellations:
   • If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation will be charged to the guest’s account.
3. No-Show Policy:
   • In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notification), the total amount for the booked accommodation will be charged to the guest’s account.
4. Group Bookings:
   • For group bookings of five rooms or more, a separate cancellation policy may apply. Guests will be informed of specific terms and conditions at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:
   • Guests who cancel their reservations in accordance with the above cancellation terms will be eligible for a refund of any pre-paid amounts, minus the cancellation fee if applicable.
2. Refund Process:
   • Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days following the cancellation notification. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.
3. Non-Refundable Rates:
   • Certain promotional rates, such as advance purchase rates, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Guests opting for these rates will be informed at the time of booking.

Deposit Policy

• A 50% deposit is required to secure all reservations. This deposit is non-refundable unless the cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, in which case the deposit can be refunded, less any applicable fees.
