Arrival and Departure Policy

At Green Pool Villa, we strive to make your arrival and departure experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please review our Arrival and Departure Policy below to ensure a pleasant stay.

Check-In Procedure

Check-In Time:
- Guest rooms are available for check-in starting at 1:00 PM on the day of arrival. Early check-in may be accommodated based on availability, but should be arranged in advance.
Identification Requirements:
- Upon arrival, guests are required to present a valid form of identification. This can be a passport, identity card, or driving license, along with the booking reference number.
Completion of Registration:
- Guests must complete the registration process upon arrival, which includes providing personal information and confirming the details of the reservation.

Check-Out Procedure

Check-Out Time:
- Check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out may be arranged based on availability and may incur additional charges.
Room Inspection:
- Prior to check-out, our staff will conduct a brief inspection of the room to assess for any damages or missing items. Guests are encouraged to report any issues prior to check-out to avoid potential charges.
Settlement of Final Bill:
- Guests must settle any outstanding balances, including accommodation fees and incidental charges, before departing.

Late Check-Out Policy

Requests for late check-out should be made at the front desk at least one day prior to departure. Approval will be subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Early Check-In Policy

Early check-in requests can be made at the time of booking or prior to arrival. While we will do our best to accommodate such requests, early check-in is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
