Payment and Deposit Policy

At Green Pool Villa, we aim to provide a transparent and straightforward payment process to ensure a smooth booking experience for our guests. Please review our Payment and Deposit Policy below.
Payment Methods
We accept a variety of payment methods to accommodate our guests, including:
- Cash
- Bank Transfers
- Mastercard
- Visa
All payments must be settled in full before taking occupation of the accommodation.
Deposit Requirements
- Reservation Deposit:
- A 50% deposit is required to secure all reservations. This deposit confirms your booking and is essential for holding your chosen accommodation.
- Deposit Payment:
- The deposit must be paid at the time of booking. Guests will receive a confirmation email once the deposit is successfully processed.
- Non-Refundable Deposits:
- Please note that the deposit is non-refundable unless the cancellation is made in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy, where conditions apply.
Final Payment
- The remaining balance of the accommodation cost must be settled on or before the day of arrival. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the forfeiture of the deposit.
Advance Purchase Rates
- For guests opting for advance purchase or promotional rates, full payment is required at the time of booking. These rates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
